Thanks Erich. That actually does make sense. I thought that line and the EKII line were somehow connected because there wasn't an additional date in the far left column, but clearly they are not. This is simply the entry for his DRL badge. Mystery solved.

Correct. Gary wins this one. IT does read Inhaber.
