Inf.Rgt. 203 was at Stalingrad as part of 76 Inf.Div., however with you saying Gren.Rgt. 203 I would say he was after Stalingrad......the unit was renamed from Inf. to Gren. 15.10.1942 but the last thing on anyones mind would be getting the documentation correct!!!
Looking at what you show, I see no mention of Gren.Rgt. 203 only Gren.Ers.u. Ausb.Btl. 203 in Berlin which is in the homeland......so is this mentioned on page 17? Again there are entries for Feld Ausb.Rgt. Nordukraine on page 4 which would indicate it is post Stalingrad.
Infact the Kriegsstammrollen nummer is 522/44 that indicates the year!

You tell me....does it say Gren.Rgt. 203 anywhere as you have not shown it!
You have shown the replacement and training battalion in section D, however that does not mean he served with the unit...it could well have been the replacement unit for Feld Ausb.Rgt. Nordukraine...however I can not verify that as I am not at home and devoid of reference material.
