Hi Again,
A little more help needed please.
Can anyone tell me what entries 2 and 3 are for on the ammendments of pages 1 and 2 page (3) please?

Can't make Nr. 2 out at the moment, Zusatzseite - Added page?
However 3 looks like Ober-Gefreiter.....this should correspond with the entry on page 1.

Can you show page 1?

Standort - Garrison.

Section D was for current responsible Replacement unit for his field unit. It did not mean he actaully served there. Normally a soldier at the front would go through this unit on transfer to the front or from a hospital, when on leave for clothing issues etc. However if he did serve with one of these unit it should be recorded in Seciton B - Ersatztruppenteil.

Inf.Ers.Btl. 6 - Lübeck
I.E.B. 6 Genesenden Kompanie - Lübeck

I would like to know the mothers first and maiden name please and the address.I have got the Luneburg part and the number 10.

And also page 8-are these items that the soldier had been issued and then had lost?
I would like any help with the itmes on this page please.

Why do you say he lost these items?

1 Beaker, 3 pairs of stockings, 1 pair of gloves, 3 greatcoat straps, 2 cartridge pouches, 1 eating utensils, 2 carrying straps, 2 collar bands, 1 balaclava.

Ear protectors, 1 chest and back warmer, 1 pair of insoles, 1 pair of foot cloths, 1 waste belt

Iron rations issued on 10.12.1941
