Hello, could someone please help with the lower of the two courses, the top one has been written by a clerk who knows that someone will eventually come along and want to read it, nice legible handwriting. The one below, the clerks been a complete b-----d, for me anyway, the handwriting is completely unreadable. Could someone translate please.
