SS Totenkopf Wehrpass

Hello all,

I´m not a document collector, but I have the possibility to buy this Werhpass of a concentration camp guard.
Can you tell me if this one is good, with correct entries and the market value for a document like this?

to me, this certainly looks like a good Wehrpass with genuine entries to a TK Wach-Unit.... as to value??? how much is the seller looking for? Cheers, Torsten.
