It looks REALLY good (authentic) to me. In fact, it's beautiful. Really cool to see the prewar photos of the soldier in the Latvian Army. Any chance you could enlarge some of the text, particularly the officer signatures? I'd like to take a stab at ID'ing them.

The photo should have security over stamps but then I have one that doesn't have them either.
