Feldpostnummer Info?

I picked up a Feldpost card with Felpostnummer 23663. The card is dated 02.12.42. What unit was this, and was it encircled at Stalingrad at this time?

Any help would be appreciated...

(15.2.1942-30.7.1942) 14.(Fla)Kompanie Infanterie-Regiment 71,
(10.2.1943-23.8.1943) gestrichen (Stalingrad),
(6.4.1944-9.11.1944) 19.8.1944 Stab Marsch-Ergänzungs-Bataillon 9,
11.11.1944 gestrichen.
