Need help to ID Golden party badge owner

Dear fellow collectors!

After examine the photo in my SS Kasino-Ausweis I am 99% sure that the owner, SS Untersturmführer Kurt Fielitz (SS-Ersatzkommando Norwegen) has the Golden party badge on his left breast pocket (see scan). So I wonder if anyone here, with any record or info on the 100.000 Golden party badges, please can help me out? Is it possible to gather some more information on this SS officer?

We are pretty sure that Untersturmführer Kurt Fielitz is a GPB holder. But we have not come any closer to conclude 100% Do any of you Gentlemen have access to a list or file of these holders?
