Jewish Reisepass and Dachau Letter

Hey guys...I just got home from an auction and look what I got... Can anyone tell me about this Reisepass and letter? The auctioneer said the family escaped to South America then to the U.S.

Any info would be appreciated.

the letter is from 6 november 1939..and says she could stay till 7 march 1940 for work in agriculture farm...
