Hello Doug & Dog tag,

Makes sense as the unit was part of the rebuilt Infantry Division 94 which was sent to Italy in 1943. Looks like he previously served with several similar vetrenary units. He was probably a unit replacement and ended the war with the 194. No problems with that one. Is there a photo?
