Hello,
this is one of my last "treasures" from my former document collection. A SOldbuch and Wehrpass to a member of Heeres Coastal-Artillerie- Abteilung 1001 (Not a common unit imo). The Wehrpass shows entries of the battles around Leningrad and Narwa with Heeresgruppe Nord. He also served with this unit at the end with the III. germ. Panzerkorps. He finally was arwaded the Kurland cuff title at the 1st. May 45.
The Soldbuch and the Wehrpass were bought by myself directly from the family of the former bearer.
While i sold most of my document stuff off during 2002 and 2003, i kept several "interesting" Docs/Groups like this, but now decided to let this one go. As i offered this Set one on a german Site for the price of good cased 1st. class iron cross (350 Euro). I thought, the price is fair for a rare set and a uncommon unit. But the interest was zero.
For a lower price, i think, i should burn the papers at my BBQ next weekend (not serious)
