My First Soldbuch Help....

This is my first Soldbuch and I need some help with the entries. This is Karl Brezmann an Oberfunkmaat who served on U-72 and U-347. He died when U-347 was sunk. Any help with the entries will be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know if I need to take a picture of something specific.
