Quick notes: prongs are at least strange and digit “3” is suspicious, but this could be because of the fuzzy picture…waiting for better pics…Comment

You maybe correct about soldering. It could be from repair, so the prongs maybe are replacements only. The front of the spange looks very interesting, however I’m worrying about digit ”3” in “1939”. Well it would be interesting to have some clearer pictures ... Just recently I found out that there were two dies for L/13 Spanges EK2. THey looked VERY different too ... not too sure I'd count this one out yet
