I don't know about replacement crosses, but Gordon Williamson's book has weights.

Ok I will go there was hoping to get the people that owned crosses to give me some weights. I am more interested in what the actual owners have, by the way do you know if he lists the weights of the loops??

        Thank you

        Joe

Joe, my S&L 57 (brass core, "800" silver frame):

              Cross: 26 grams ( w.o. loop)
              Loop : 2 grams (800 mrkd. silver)

Weight is not really 100% becdause I used the wrong scale ( but it is in the frame again already, sorry for that)

I will give you the weight of my pre-45 crosses later on.

              Regards,
              Ben

I am very interested in the weights of the crosses and I will cataloge these for future reference. I appriciate your responses very much and await the true measurement of your cross.

                Thanks Ben

Joe, here are some more weights of wartime originals.
They are taken from the COA´s, because I hate to take apart the display again.

                  Early Juncker, nonmagnetic core:
                  Cross: 26.33
                  loop: 1.67

                  Early Juncker, mrkd. "800"
30.97 , without loop (with oaks, no loop)

                  Klein & Quenzer, mrkd 800
                  Cross: 28.31
                  Loop 1.74

Round corner ( have to look up that COA)

                  regards,
                  Ben
