    What's this worth?

    How much would one have to pay for that lot? Is $30-40'000? What do you reckon? I cannot afford that anyway, so I am only curious..

    Have you tried writing them and asking? I would also have no real idea.

            Obviously you are kidding, Robert. I had made an offer which was turned down, and I did not accept a counter offer price. I do not think that John is desperate and will sell for a bargain basement price.

              Of course my offer of $5000.00 is a joke, so is their asking price. But that’s the basic rule in negotiations; the seller will always ask for the very high price. But it doesn’t mean that you have to accept this…Negotiation it could be a long and painful process, but don’t be afraid to make them one more offer with price good for you not for them.<o =""></o>
