Doesn't look like a flaw, just some excess solder flow from assembly.

Hi Giel,
L/11 is Deumer.
The excess solder is unusual. If there is genuine finish OVER the solder you may be OK, otherwise you will have to look carefully as it may indicate a repair. There seems to be a split in the frames visible on the reverse left arm, so a repair may not be far-fetched idea in this case.
