    2nd Class Clasp for Review

    Hi to all,

Is this an original Iron Cross 2nd Clasp? Sorry, I do not have a photo of the back. Thanking you all in advance and hoping to hear from some of you very soon.

    Regards, juno44

    Salut Juno,

Wait for the experts but IMO its a fake! I still have one of the same exact design (note the assymetrical wings on the eagle) I bought back in the 70's. The eagle design is typical for this type of copy and it is found with different types of mounting hardware and with or without makers marks (also different)

    Regards

    JC

They're probably right but without a photo of the reverse with no ribbon on it there's no way to know if it ever has a chance. A Spange of this design was made during the war.
        Best regards,
