It's too bad that the obverse picture is so blurry.

Aren't there supposed to be some stabilizing hooks or similar on the back of the cross? Think how this thing would spin around it's pin while attached to the tunic.

I'm just guessing here, never handled this kind of piece before.

I agree with Larry - very strange for me without any hooks.

I have never seen these before. Nobody protests so far, so i assume, these are legit? Was the screwback factory done or was it privately converted? Has anyone of you ever seen a real DKiG with Screwback? Or even owns one?

The seller states this is as manufactured, and not converted.

Thanks, Marshall. Do you have ever seen another one?

I do not own any original DKG and there are members here at the forum who own these and know lot more about these than i do.
I have a opinion though on that one. It is a fake.
-The screw disc is very similar to those on Floch crosses.
-The green "stuff" building up is the same as i had on one fake DKG, often known as a Latvian.
-There is no peg at the back to stop it from twisting on the uniform.
-The rivets reminds me about late versions of the 1957 DKG.

                Cheers.

If that's the case it's for sure not genuine!
