The twat who sold this item is Alexsander Marques, and his e-mail is alexsander44@sbcglobal.net. tried to contact him but no response. I also complained to e-bay and waiting on a reply. if only flights to Latvia were a bit cheaper i would pay the git a little visit and shove that cross right up his a**e!!!!

        have a nice weekend everyone.

            Buy books:
Gordon Williamson: The Iron Cross of 1939.
            Stephen Previtera: The Iron Time.

Contact Paypal or VISA if you used that to pay with.

                  The dealer.

I mailed the seller / " dealer" a copy of the link to this thread and suggested he do the decent thing and refund the money, reminding him that the eventual outcome of the sale will most likely be posted up here for all to see.
Perhaps if we all sent him an email to remind him we are watching the situation ?
If a genuine mistake has been made he should refund without delay and without contesting the issue.

Peter is right you have options open to you. Return the cross but contact visa first. Get their perspective on this as they will see this as a fraudulent issue. Ship it back to him registerd so he has to sign for it and let the big compnaies fraud department do the rest for you. Bottom line is that the seller was fraudulent in his actions. He does not have a leg to stand on... you do.
