Looks like a nice cased Meybauer EKI (possibly a 'L/13'-marked piece) upper left. Nice pickup.

Hey Robert ,there is one marked L13 and there is one that looks like maybe 50 and a 26,,, it amazes me how you guys can look at the front and tell who the maker is,,they look kinda the same to me, I've been looking at the posts on here and that helps a lot,,thank you..
