RAD medalbar

I finally found a convinsing, and payable medalbar with a RAD medal.
Is the EKII a "4" or perhaps a "55"?

If I remember correct the Blaue Divsion came from an Austrian communications Officer serving with the Spanish volunteers.

I ment german-italian campaing in africa, foreign award should not be before the rest.

I have seen several combos in wrong line. Look at the ribbon bar to it. It has a WH Eagel, not a LW.
