Obviously I should have taken additional time to compare it with the L/54 Ben has suggested it being. I would go with Ben’s call on this as he has much more experience.

I don't think it is either, I think it is a fake. Here are pictures of L/16 and L/54 and notice the shoulders on both. Unless these makers made different styles. Jim
