Hello everyone, can i ask your opinions on this award, it looks okay to me but i’m no expert, those file marks on the side of the cockade worries me a bit , but i’ve seen them with the eagle 
and seperated from the cockade.... maybe it has something to do with that...hope to hear you soon..
