Interesting the the inner corners, on the reverse, are also filed round. I have not seen this before.

Looks like the swastika was repainted.

I kinda had that thought too, or it could just be the camera angle as the dates are quite deep in tone...buffed? What does that do in value as an untouched piece?

I must say the paint on the swastika looks a bit unnatural.
It would help posting additional pictures taken without flash and in daylight (no sunlight)
