EK II with unusual 'ribbon'.

HI guys,
I've had this EKII with this ribbon for quite a while.
I haven't been able to find anything significant about it.
Any help, comments or info would be greatly appreciated.

I believe if you check the names embroided on your "ribbon", you'll find each is that of an RKT. I have two such ribbons in my collection. If I recall correctly, both of mine are from the city of Hamburg. In researching these, I learned they were morale tokens produced by the municipality to recognize the heros of the reigon, and to support the war effort. I did see one other ribbon issued by another city, but I don't recall the name. Sadly, I was unable to add it to my collection.

As to why someone chose to add it to the 2nd class would be pure speculation.
