EK2 with Strange Double Marks mm9

This one has me baffeled. It has a number 9 stamped on the ring and on the other side has a backward L or backward 7.

Does anyone know anything about these markings?

IMO good war-time Souval with own core and with strange and non-original signatures (post-war IMO)
