EK1 1939 - 13 Gustav Brehmer - Question

Hello Guys,

I have this nice EK1 with MM 13 "Gustav Brehmer".

I look the book The Iron Cross 1. Class of Maerz and Stimson, but don't have this manufacture in the list of licenciation manufacture. Is it correct? Brehmer didn't make EK1?

this is a not "13" but 15 Friedrich Orth type
