hey, i maybe said it wrong earlier, but does any know when they started to use zinc for medals, badges??? my initial response was about a zinc ek1 , non-magnetic. and what ek;s , and badges where comprised of zinc, and approx. when did this start?? i am familiar with brass as a center, as iron, but the zinc intersts me. i have read, that some early rk had non iron centers, where these zinc? i love this stuff, any response is great. thanks richard
