IC II- Do the dates look corrrect?

This unmarked piece clearly has had a hard life. However, in looking past the rust & flaking paint, I began to question the dates. They seem a bit low and generally shallow. Being unsure, I decided to post the attached photos and request opinions on this point.

I agree with Jarek this is a good original Walter & Henlein cross ,but the condition not the best
