EK2 with maker mark 27

Any thoughts or opinions on this EK2? I might be listing it on E-Stand for sale. It appears to have a good maker mark and the 1813 lettering matches other known "27" ? I am not sure, but might have been slightly cleaned at one time. I mainly collect Police insignia, so I am not experienced with these.
