Very interesting cover picture! The set is very, very nice and looks very well made. Sure this is not an award piece? As I understand there were differences between the sets because they all were finished by hand.

If it is a display piece it is really stunning. Would be very interesting to know who made it.

Here is a comparison of the set I posted in post 15/16 and Balck's B-piece. As many already have pointed out the differences are very clear.
