It's an interesting looking cross, but that "3" doesn't seem to match the Deumer markings I'm familiar with.
Can't say if it's good or bad with any certainty though.

I have had many of these over the years, both with and without swords. I have found that the ones with swords usually have the '3' within a box, while the ones without the swords usually have the '3' without a box.
