I'm sure he was very young in 1918. He din not even earn the EKII. 1918-33 the were only a 100.000 soldiers in the German army.

BTW, I thought that only Spanish volunteers received the Blue Division Medal, not cadre / liaison officers.

IMO,impossible medal bar,Only spanish volunteers were eligible to earn the medal for spanish combattants in Russia.
