    Hi Guys!
    Is this known manufacturer? it have a stamp on rink but very difficult to read it.
    It has a small dot below the number 9 you can see it on photo.

        yes ,I agree with trevor ,this is a EK2 a Deumer type ,but this the piece is in not the best condition,what you circled, I think begins rust under the paint
