    Kc Ribbon

I have a ribbon here that was attached to a weird kc. The cross was purchased in the late 50's early 60's it has since been sold. The ribbon does not glow under the black light but the dam thing is huge. I saved it when I sold the cross because it was unique to me. I have shown one other person on the forum awhile ago and we came to our conclusion. The ribbon is show in the first picture at the bottom next to a regulation sized one it is approx 49 mm wide, the black strip is 8mm the white strip 8mm and the red strip is 19mm. The red center is not orange not really red but more like blood red. I have included to more pictures of the regulation at the top and the other at the bottom. I am sorry if the quality lacks I also lightened them up to show more.
I would like your opinions please
Thanks in advance I am looking forward to your responses.

The wide ribbon 49 mm (50 mm ?) is for the Grand Cross.
The "regulation sized" ribbon as you call it, is in fact a rare RK ribbon if original. The standard width for the RK is 45 mm, not 40 mm.

        Cheers.

Peter the ribbon may well be 50mm I was using a small tape measure to measure with. The very top ribbon is 45mm.

          Thanks
