    EKII Juncker zinc

So I get a Juncker piece but it is from a zinc.
The darkness is repainted with certainty. It has been possible sprayed with the modern airbrush.
This is slightly lighter than my Juncker with the W&L core.

    Comments are welcome hearly

Douglas wrote to me already in PN.
This is a long flaw variant. It can detect very weak. I put the image in a close-up.

That's a Juncker Schinkel (with the AWS Imperial frame). I do see that line there but I don't see anything else in common with the s-called "long flaw" frame.
        Best regards,

Looking for ROUND BUTTON 1939 EK1 Spange cases (LDO or PKZ)

Hí Jan ,Trevor is right this is a so called " Juncker Schinkel " and not Long flawed frame
I marked red circle the typical flaw this the Juncker Schinkel type

and IMO this the piece was repainted

here is my "J-S" type ,I think this same type such the your piece

I once owned a Juncker EKII with a zinc Juncker core, oddly it was marked '09' on the ring...

I agree with Trevor i Sanya, for me too it's typical Juncker cross with WFS frame (Wide Frame Schinkel) + no magnetic so called AWS core (would be a better name proposed by Trevor: WFS Juncker core)

From all makers Juncker has the largest amount and types of EKs - which makes this a very interesting study .
After looking at JOnnys Juncker entire cross up close - these fine crack lines are just about on every arm . At first glance it resembles the long flaw some what - a mere co-incidence .
It reflects the over all health of the die which is on its last leg and about to shatter . The bead step all around is full of short surface fissures indicating the extent of die deterioration .
I remember Robert's zinc Juncker from years back and the strange number . Since a more closer time line of PKZ numbers has been estimated
                - and the zinc core would place this cross most likely being made before PKZ numbers were issued - we could be looking at a post war applied number .
But then also with the different proto types (2) they were 'refining' I am toying with the marking possibly being a batch # ?
The different variations we find with Juncker products in general is interesting .
Even here we have different sizes of zinc cores - possibly intended for different frames .

                  Thank you for your clarification
I did not know that the Juncker are several variant.
There is actually no the Schinkel. So Trevor has written a study on the Juncker. So it's called the Juncker WFS with the zinc core
