EK2 1939 opinions

Hi Guys,
I purchased this Maker Marked EK2 from the E-Stand, as a possibly marked 22, I have examined the maker mark under a jewellers loupe to find the dreaded "333"
I have of course explained to the seller that this maker does not exist but have decided to run it by the experts to satisfy the seller that the EK2 is fake,

Very known copy - can also be signed L/18 or unsigned.
