    EK2 Maker help

    Hello,

I would like to get some help in the maker of this cross.
High quality with nice thin and sharp numbers.

    Thanks, Jim

    Possibly a Zimmerman? Maker "6".

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

Yes, Hank is right, a Zimmermann. There were /are two versions. The second version has thicker national symbol and dates. Which is the earliest version? I believe it the one you show photos of...

Here is a photo of the second, 'thicker dates' version...

Yes an early Fritz Zimmermann cross . There are 3 types and a few mixed core and frame variations .
