This is not my field so wait for other opinions but I find this one odd
1) the detail on the mini spange looks weak and full of flaws (missing talon, lumps, pockmarks) which is unusual. Even for something so small the detail and design is usually surprizingly good.
2) I find the combination of an EK II 1914 and an EK II 1939 ribbon on the same buttonhole device odd since the spange was an equivalency device to replace the latter
I've attached picts of a few minis for comparison. If I recall correctly the top left is aprox 9mm wide (on 15mm bar) , bottom left is aprox 13 mm and the right specimen 12mm. They are not buttonhole devices per say but use the same size range "mini" spanges. So IMO even if I'm out in left field and this one is good (original) there are surely much better specimens "out there"
