Hi All,

Did Herr Floch actually make EK2s? I was under the impression he only made EK1s. How on earth would you tell a Floch EK2 - low date? I think not as the date on these (good ones) is sometimes in usual "Floch" position.

So, did he ever bother with the humble EK2?

Evidence I have found is that he only ever bothered with 1st class types of the common awards although those out there that have actually met him might know better.

Yes there are Floch EK2 crosses as well.

Some people believe that 49 marked EK2's are made by Floch, see here:

For me the verdict is still out, Floch had to get his tooling from somewhere, perhaps from an original producer of Third Reich medals, at this stage I don't know.
