    EK2 1939 - manufacturer

Can't remember that i have seen this type before, the "1939" reminds me of Deschler, of course the frame does not.

Anyone has an idea about the maker?

    thanks,
    Stefan

    Ciao Stefan,
I think i have the same cross, is the small transport ring opened to the front?
Not sure but i believe this one is still unknown.
Yours has a great dark patina... By chance did you get it in a packet?
    Saluti,
    Stefano

        Ciao Stefano,

the ring is totally closed on that one. There was also no packet.
The Frame is quite thin and reminds me of 1914 crosses.

        thanks both for your help!

I think it is cross what have name - "type 8". My remark - Many pieces of this type EK2 have Frame design of avers and frame design of revers is different. What do you think about it?

Peculiarity of this EK2 is very thick wire of small ring.

Sorry. It is not name "type 8". Have calling is "8" variant.

"8" variant (1)(2) NB: this cross is not necessarily manufactured by maker 8; it just doesn't have another name.

Hello Sanya! You have two or more crosses like this. Many pieces of this type EK2 have frame design of avers and frame design of revers is different. What do you think about it?
