    JWFS revisited...

    Hi guys,

I've posted photos of this cross before on the forum, but I thought I'd post some more taken with my new camera.

To me this is my favorite '39 Juncker cross. It's where it all began in the early days of the second world war, a WWI frame coupled with Juncker's first '39 core (brass). To me it's a beauty.

    Hope you enjoy the photos...

    Robert

          Wonderful cross

And nice and clear photos, congratulation with your new camera, even though it is not a Canon
          /Flemming

PS Just kiddike about your Camera, Nikon makes excellent Cameras. There's a reason why Nikon and Canon are the choice of most professinal photographer.

            Thanks Flemming,
My wife and daughter have the Canons which they use for photographing weddings and school graduations. I just had to be different and buy a Nikon.

While I don't normal collect TR crosses, someday I hope to have
              one like this.

              Nice cross Robert

I'm growing more into Imperial crosses myself Greg as of late,

They're very interesting and very addictive. Yet I still like collecting the early WWII crosses. It's interesting to see how many makers carried over their Imperial frames into their early WWII crosses.

As you know, I prefer the early crosses but I do like the looks
of that brass swaz against the black core.

Looks great. In my opinion the most interesting 1939 EK type. Nice pics too
                    Best regards,

Agreed, Robert. I have a couple cousins and they are easily my favorite TR era cross and among the top 5or so for me in all eras. They are gorgeous and your cross is no exception. Excellent photography as well!
