KvK II with swords opinions

Hi all!

I would like to have some opinions on this one, as these are out of my collecting field...

I have some concerns about the finish and some "pebbles" that look much larger than the others. What might look like casting marks on the photos (specially on the swastika) are actually the remnants of the finish. Do you think it's a late war lower quality award or a cast copy?
