EK 1 Spange....another one.

Sometime back I posted 2 that I had, but I have one more (this one). This is an old shot from 2006 taken with one of my lessor Nikons. I have taken more, but this one oddly seems the best. I only have the front, and I didn't post it before because I couldn't photograph the back.......I don't even remember if it had a maker mark of not. I could, but will not, take a photo of the back, because I will not tear the frame apart to get it out to photograph. It has been mounted in the frame and matt I both of which I made for it sometime around 1976. It is sealed to keep dust out. The pin was not damaged, and wouldn't be by taking it out, but the seal would be broken and I would have to redo it. I don't need to take it out to look at it (except the back) and I do not want to play with it. The shot is taken through the glass.

Can anyone tell me the maker from this shot. Thank you very much.

Thanks.......I didn't want to say in advance, but I thought that I remembered the WW1 EK1 (which came with the spange at the same time from the same vet) is a WW2 made one and was marked L/11; however, I can't say for sure if one or both are marked L/11.

I see you were in the USAF, my step-brother Steve Rogers retired from the USAF a few years ago with about your rank.....don't suppose you knew him. He helped set up a base in England some years back, he was a crew chief and later a line chief, and I really don't know that much about USAF positions. Although, even though my profile doesn't mention it, I went into the USAF in 1965 after college. I was at Medina AFB (Lackland Annex) for OTS scheduled to go into pilot training for F-105s; however, I was eliminated for all flight status for eyesight in the last pre-flight physical.
