KVK - Knights Crosses - Genuine?

    Hi Guys,

I've seen these KVK Knights Crosses for sale. They seem to be attached to an old sample board. They don't look to be made of silver. Are these genuine period examples or copies?

Many thanks for looking and for any comments and wishing everyone a great Christmas,

    All the best,

    Guy

These would require many more pic's. They look to be zink for sure. I would be very skeptical of these. IMO by what I see, I'd pass on these. Tom

Found on several different "barter boards", these are later war production by S&L, whether for award or for display/second piece is unknown. Helmut Weitze has a couple of examples of these for sale now. Here's one, priced at 2950 Euro, off a "barter board" obtained by a British serviceman in Ludenscheid in 1945. (Here's a photo from the Imperial War Museum.)
