I believe your "piece" is offered by 'Bahoo Embroiderers' out of Pakistan. They routinely send e-mails with attached photos of their product line & they do make Third Reich insignia, eagles, cuff titles & miscellaneous embroidered (fantasy), pieces.

It is always hard to judge these pieces from pictures.
Best thing is to have them in hands.

There are very good copies of this particular cross, which makes it very hard to say if they are authentic or not...

Well, it's not a 100% guarantee, but I will buy it back without hesitation.
I am convinced that one is 100% ok.
