I also see a Souval here.
The rounded inner corners of the beding adjacent to the swastika and the 'crows feet' beading on the outer corners of the beading are all clues that it's a Rudolf Souval.
Edwin - could you let us know - is the small 'jump' ring soldered to the cross at the back ? When I posted my Souval cross there was some discussion as to whether all Souval EKIIs were left unsoldered at the back or not.

Indeed, a Souval and it's common for them to have the jump ring attached only to the obverse.
