I agree with Dez. It has all the features attributed to a Souval cross.

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

Hi Thread)))I have asked about strange strips on metal about date on an obverse part of a cross. That you think of them. They are well visible on the last scan. Similar I did not see. The cross is not similar with a new collor. Thanks)))

I think our new friend means the sort of semi scored parallel striation above the date.

                        Andre,

Don't worry about those line's, that's normal and can be found on lots of EK inner cores.

'Not similar with a new collor'......??? Try again on this bit Andre ??

                        Kind regards,

                        Marcus

                          Andre Murti.
The cross is a Souval. The problem: is it wartime production or postwar production?
The frames and/or tools from Souval was used after the war.
Here is a couple of 1957 "trial pattern" crosses from my collection. The one in the center i´m 100% sure is Souval, as it has the small dieflaw in the beading. That one comes from a Austrian veteran, who lived here in Norway. He served in a mountain unit.

                          Cheers.
