It's Souval Ekii - looks repainted IMO and suspension ring is broken

Non magnetic? Could it be a cast, with a casting seam, instead of three-piece? I don't know any non-mag Souvals.

It could be cast, I'll post some side shots

There's a ring weld on the reverse of the frame. Souval rings are only attached to the obverse if I remember correctly. It has the right frame and flaws but it's a bit fishy looking.
