Looks like a Souval to me. The box is more like one for a KVK.

I have 2, one with your core, one with another... never quite worked that out!

Remember Souval shared their frames with a number of other manufacturers, I have a Souval that I bought from the estand not long ago that has a core attributed to another maker, sometimes that makes it hard to decide who the real maker of these unmarked pieces is.
